What I did was, while the game is running, I go to Task Manager, then right click on the gta_sa, then go to ‘Compatibility’ tab, then I tick/check box ‘Compatibility mode’ (run this program in compatibility mode), the scroll below, tick/check the box for ‘Run this program as an administrator’. Cant find the folder in instructions 6. please help with exact location.
Go to mounted disc and right-click open then look for folder HOODLUM. copy the gta_sa file from this folder and go to c drive then program files and find rockstar games folder. paste this file over there and replace the older file with the same name. In C drive there are 2 folders 1 is program files(x86) and other is program files check both.
The game got installed as you said and its running but the

you have to extract the files from the .3.9gb iso file,then install. i used winzip but i think any other can work

I have updated the link to a new file. The previous file was a portable version that does not require installation. Few of you were unable to play the game for unknown reasons. So I have given the link of the full installable version of gta. Hope you will find it easy to install.

It is a full setup. Just download and mount the iso file. In windows 10 right click on file and select mount. For other versions use iso mount software. Then open the file and click on install icon.
