If your router is placed far away from your workstation, you would need a range extender so that it would amplify your signals. Not only would this be great for your workstation but it would be a smart choice since it would give you signals almost all over your house. No matter where you would be, you would have strong internet signals, which would result in faster internet performance. This way, you wouldn’t be bound to your workstation and would have multiple choices in your house to work from.
