We’ve come more than halfway through the year, and there’s an obvious line that 2022 is an extremely promising year for video game developers, in the summer, where we usually complain about the absence of game-playing. But this is a very good season for video game lovers out there with so many new releases and even more expecting to make their way. We have compiled a list of some of the best games of 2022 thus far.
OlliOlli World
If you are a skateboard fanatic and one who loves to string up some crazy skateboarding tricks, then OlliOlli world is the game for you. With loads of Optional new challenges added this gives you something new to experience, as you will have to grind, olli, kickflip and manual your way to the top.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
Tiny Tinas Wonderland seems like Borderlands developers are finally settling out, and the result is evident in the book. Wonderlands is an enjoyable adventure through the tabletop gaming genre, with seemingly minor adjustments that create enormous ripples in the Diablo meets Guns formula. You’ll combine multiple characters and experience board games in a crowded overworld.
Elden Ring
Elden Ring represents the culmination of FromSoftware philosophy based almost 30 years after the original King Field. But while it was the biggest game in its history, both in size and popularity, it knew how to break the rules. Despite Souls newcomers having difficulty with Elden Ring’s vague objectives and general challenge, every minor inconvenience helps create more believable storylines.
Nobody saves the world
In Nobody saves the world, you play as a wizard with shapeshifting abilities. In a sense, XP earns more forms, and the more you become a creature, you can eventually become a horse, a mermaid, a dragon and even a freak. All forms have their own abilities, so you can mix and match moves between them and switch forms at any time.
Sniper Elite 5
The sniper elite franchise is simple to rebrand as a hyperviolent Nazi-killing horror film. You play as Karl Fairburne, the deadly shooter from the previous games, as he still continues his fight against the Nazis. The game still carries the same trend as its predecessors as you will be sprawling over mine-riddled beaches, bucolic vineyards and coast-side chateaux, exploiting any chance to provide you with an easy way of a closer view of the newly shattered Nazi head.
The Quarry
The game developer Supermassive Games has carved a place in the industry by using horror tropes Until Dawn was an epic hit which took a group of vacationing young people into a lonely wilderness in a sanatorium that decayed into decay. And we are in Quarry, a frightening wilderness romp which touches on the corny heritage of a horror set in the United States.
Lost Ark
It’s a remarkable feat. It is a classy design and an outstanding ARPG game that could easily separate it from other games in the year and is a content gold mine. The original MMO launched in Korea in 2019, which was then adaptable to be launched in the United States and Europe in May 2019. And while Lostark is already highly profitable as a standalone game, the developer is promising further endgame content and new courses for the game soon. It sounds like another thrilling journey awaits.
